Wild Western Cover

This is the front cover for a book dust jacket. This is for a Illustration class assignment.

I was going for the old 1930s - 40s style western pulp magazines, the character Tex Starr, is a comic hero that i have created.

I used Photoshop CS and my Wacom tablet to do the Illustration of Tex, and Illustrator 10 for the text.
